Régis Rossignol embodies this older generation. The men who, between the 1960s and 1980s, set out to bypass the powerful trade establishment to produce and bottle their own wines. This new wave has shaped the great wines that we sample today, the fruits of a mosaic of now incredibly expensive estates.
